Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We’re committed to delivering your order in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
The item is damaged
The item is defective
You received the wrong item
To report an issue, simply reply to your order confirmation email. Our team will review the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it.
If the error is on our part and a return is necessary:
1. We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
