- We guarantee delivery to locations in Lagos State, within 24 - 48 hours, not including the date order was placed. Kindly reach out to us via admin@ziviah.com, only if your order has not been received 48hours later.
- We are working to expand our delivery service to all states in Nigeria, as well as introduce a pickup option for convenient shopping. We will keep you updated once these services are available.
We also request that you are courteous to our Delivery Team who work tirelessly to get your items to you quickly and in good condition.

Unfortunately, at this time and due to the nature of products sold i.e, personal care goods, we also do not accept returns. Hence, we request that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via a reply to your order confirmation email, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
